Upon placing an order through the Wholesale Webstore, how long will it be before it is shipped?
The majority of orders are shipped the next business day; some may even be shipped on the same business day. Customers will be contacted if for any reason there is a delay in the shipment of their order. If you need to ensure same day shipping, please call us first so we can confirm whether it’s possible.


Can you sell to international customers?

Our products are currently only available to Australian customers. Please contact us if you are an international customer and are interested in becoming a State Line Bag Company distributor.


What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers are all accepted. We offer trade credit for a full 30 days to retailers and distributors that have completed our credit application.


How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our Wholesale Webstore or over-the-phone by calling 1800 121 156, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm AEDT.


What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are shipped using Australia Post or TNT. The method depends on product size, total quantity, total weight and the destination.


What return policy do you offer?

If you receive damaged bags, or the bags are the wrong size, State Line Bag Company will exchange them free of charge.


Why are your bags made from cotton?

Cotton is natural, hardwearing, lightweight and breathable, soft and comfortable, hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant. It is also renewable, biodegradable, washable and re-usable, making cotton a sustainable and eco-friendly material.
